Small firm employees billed vs actual

    Just wondering about those who work at a small firm. Does your firm tell you about your performance on a job? The other firm I worked at always allowed the associate to know what was billed, written off etc. This one doesn’t share jack squat. I hate not knowing how I am doing. I still don’t even know my billing rate.
