What kind of salary increases are people getting for passing the exam, or expected to get? Also say the type of place you work for.

We dont get an immediately bump in salary those come in June but we do get $2,500 bonus. I work in Washington DC metro area.

$2K Bonus for passing. No immediate raise in pay, but licensure is the only way to get promoted here which leads to raises.
