Just received an offer from a small accounting firm. I have to go in on Monday to talk about salary and other mumbo jumbo. Since idk what they will even offer me I don’t want to make the first move to underbid myself. It’s hard to get relevant information on what to even ask for since it’s a small firm. Any suggestions on how I should go about this? Anything will be useful.
