Hello all,

The Accounting recruiting season is coming soon and I need to know, when do public accounting firms require a candidate to have the 150 Hours requirement for entry level jobs to be met. Do I need to meet this requirement as of their hiring process or before I would start as a full-time accountant in the next Fall. I know that most accounting firms select candidates in the Fall for the next Fall, but I want to make sure whether they are concern about this requirement as of their hiring process or not really.
