I’ve been with my current public accounting firm for 2 years and I do audits on mostly municipalities such as school districts, cities, villages and towns. I’ve currently passed two parts of the cpa exam,

I’m wondering what kind of career opportunities I might have outside public accounting ? I feel with my experience the only exit opportunities I have are to be a treasurer at a school or village. What’s a good accounting position outside of public where there is a lot of job growth and flexibility ? I was leaning towards Financial Analyst for a private company. Could use some feedback.
