    She’s driven, determined, can be a real hard a$$, opinionated, not afraid to speak her mind, a workaholic, doesn’t take crap from anyone, smart, and I think we are going to get along fine.

    Oh yeah, one more thing…

    She’s ME! I bought 1/2 of the firm effective 1/1/14 with an option on the other 1/2 in one year!
