What are your thoughts? I know they are a top 10 firm, so is it possible to move up to big four after say 2-3 years?

I'm switching to B4 from industry this fall. The move from a top 10 to B4 is certainly possible, but you may not even feel it's necessary after a while. You'll be getting very good experience, and you probably don't even need B4 experience to take your career to a great place. I'm going to a B4 firm, but they were actually my only offer to work in public. I applied to plenty of smaller national and regional firms and would have been quite happy working for any of them.
