Anyone work in a mid-tier national public accounting firm (McG/GT) before or currently? What are your busy season hours like? Off season hours?

Also, do you get reimbursed for traveling expenses at all? Anything?

Don't work at a midsize, but I've heard experiences can vary widely depending on the local office. Some people have had really bad experiences, which rival some of the Big 4 horror stories I've seen. Others love it, and say the hours are a lot less or that there's more flexibility.
