I have been working in banking industry for almost 9 years (with the same bank, yes, I haven’t updated my resume for 9 years : P ) but now want to change career path.

Is it hard to change industry? I know it’s easier if someone can do referral for you but most people I know are in banking industry. I think I still have long way to go…… : (

Besides “career builder”, is there any source I can use for my job hunting?

I used that site to find my first corporate job a couple of years ago. Also, there are some good recruiters in the Houston area. I recommend Mackey and Tanner.
