is an MBT needed? to be tax director/manager etc…

    Curious, do you happen to know anyone who was hired as a manager/director (moved up) only having a CPA?

    I find it more common for older folks to move up without an Master in Tax….but how about any of you who know anyone in their late 20s/early to mid 30s, do you know anyone who got a gig like this without grad school? Just a CPA?

    AUD - 78(expired), 77 8/15
    REG - 29,58,65,77 1/16
    FAR - 56,68,73 - retake October hopefully (last shot)

    Been doing this since 2007 on and off...
