So I was flown out to an office for interviews yesterday. That was some interesting interviews. The office I interviewed at has over 1,500 employees. So the interviews I felt went well. But the lunch with the staff was kind of awkward. They didn’t really know each other. So half the time they were just talking about what jobs they were on to each other, and getting to know one another. Ohh well… guess I’ll find out in a couple of days. If not there is always next time.

Good luck! I have been on a couple interviews where I had lunch with the staff…it was usually awkward for the most part, but I did get an offer on each one, so don't let that discourage you. It's always kind of weird to sit down with people you've never met before and have forced conversation. It makes me lose my appetite, too. So then it's even more awkward. Anyway, I'm sure you did well!
