Why are you worrying about not remembering previous sections? Relax, focus on REG and crush it.

    AUD (JAN 13) - 82
    FAR (MAY 13) - 79
    BEC (AUG 13) - 81
    REG (NOV 13) - 83

    Used Becker Self Study

if passed them and i cannot remember it , how would i call my self a cpa

i usually think of a cpa as a highly skilled caliber but that makes me not good enough to change my career saying the i am a cpa but i lack confident about my self

and very special thanks for your comment

Calm down on 2 things. First nobody remembers previous sections when they're studying for the next. Second, it's not realistic to expect an immediate response on a message board on a Sunday.

    FAR- 77
    AUD -49, 71, 84
    REG -56,75!
    BEC -75

Massachusetts CPA (non reporting) since 3/12.

Yeah just focus on REG. There's some famous graph about learning curve and how we only retain like 30% of what we learn unless there's some serious repetition involved.

Focus on passing the exams. I think that in the workplace, yes it's important to have a certain foundation of knowledge, but I think knowing HOW to find the right answer and how to EXPLAIN it is just as valuable, if not more, than having it memorized. I couldn't tell you how to account for pensions right now and I studied once in undergrad, and again for FAR. Trust me, you're not expected to remember every little thing you learn. Take a deep breath, focus on the task at hand.

I don't think you have to know everything, you've been able to pass these exams and it shows how meaningful it is for you to keep up with your commitment, goals and priorities.

It shows how easily you can learn on your new job, reading and researching will also refresh your brains and most of the things youve forgotten.

I passed Reg 5 months ago and I feel guilty when I cannot answer some of the question people post on this forum.

Is it my fault ? No, I cannot keep much information in my head when I'm preparing for a different section.

    REG -63│ 84!!
    BEC- 59│70│ 71 │78!
    AUD- 75!
    FAR- 87!
