    It depends on how cute or hot the women are.

    Hot = Accept Immediately

    Cute = Accept Immediately

    Fair or Ok looking = Two weeks notice from current employer

    Not so good = Consider other offers.

    They will probably give you a time frame. I think that it should be at least a week. They should give you 2-3 weeks, but they probably won't. It is a big decision! I have heard some people say they had 3 days … that is crazy.

    You have to ask. They want you to be so excited about the opportunity that you accept right away but will def give you a couple days to mull it over and potentially more if you need it.

    I have not been given a week before. The last 3 have been roughly 4 days, 3 days, and my current role was through a recruiter which had a 1 day turn around. If it helps at all, the time was not an issue other than the 4 days was for a job out of state which I then had to move to. The 1 day turn around was fine as they came back with more perks than originally discussed.

    I would just accept when you feel comfortable. Why should it take a week? Also note it is suggested you try to ask for more money as people end up leaving some on the table. 5-10% should be pretty reasonable for a base salary as once you get higher up in your career, stock options and other perks tend to matter more.

    In my experience, it depends on the employer and their need. I've always gone through recruiters and many of them will try to push you to accept almost immediately. Some employers have wanted an answer in 48 hours while others are okay waiting up to one week. Generally, companies feel one week is reasonable for you to think it over. Anything longer than that and I would feel compelled to provide an explanation.
