Hi all, a few days ago a partner from a local CPA firm offered me an interview, and asked me when I would be available for one. I responded to him the same day, giving him the time of day I’m most free. No one from the firm has gotten back to me yet. At what point should I send another followup email? Thanks.

Today would be fine. Just be polite and indicate that you know they are busy, but you are very excited about starting your career at the firm.

If you have his number, I would try calling him first, however. If he doesn't pick up, leave a message… and then shoot a quick e-mail indicating that you called. This isn't like a date… pursuing will only show that you really want the job and is not a “turn-off”, IMO.
