Hello all,
I’m currently working on REG training, but I’m in some form of existential dilemma.
I’m wondering if there are any people out there willing to tell me what they do for their jobs and see if I can get any insight as to if I should switch from my current role or not.
Currently I am in tax, and I’m not sure if I’ve made a right decision. I’ve done Property, Fuel, and now I’m in Sales tax. Something just feels like it’s missing. I could try going public for Income Tax (I’m currently studying for the CPA exam), but that is essentially the only tax I have left to try.
I’ve been questioning whether or not I want to Financial Accounting in order to see how that works and if that is going to be any better. I think I’d like to get into Financial Reporting because in a role I had as a manager in fastfood I was in charge of weekly/monthly reporting at the managerial level.
Anyone have any ideas or experiences in other fields that I may could draw some insight from?
