A little background: I graduated with my BS in Accounting in 2010, became a licensed CPA in Summer 2013 (No masters yet). I have been in industry since I graduated college, and have quite a bit of experience in most areas of private accounting now and make a reasonable salary. I am 24. I want to make the jump now before I progress much further in private, so I don’t end up having to take a paycut.
What is the best way to get a public firm to notice me? Robert half/Staffing agencies? And what would I expect to be paid as a first year?
Any advice? Thank you!
