I am currently a sales and use tax auditor, and am now looking to move on, probably into public accounting. Does anybody else have any advice or experience on making that transition? I am not sure where exactly I want to go from here. Any thoughts on where my current skills would apply best? I have a feeling external or internal audit would be the best fit, but am not sure.
