When is the best time to find more openings in local CPA firm?

This is something I have been wondering too if local firms do any hiring after tax season or if they do all the hiring in the fall/winter. The summer months seem pretty slow, so I'm not sure if they hire then or not.

Yea I would say the after the extension filings would be the best time. Local tax firms typically don't have huge audit departments so their offices are pretty dead after busy season and most partners are down the shore for the summer. I'd say check them out sometime during October/November for the best time.
