    hey guys, i hopefully might land this financial reporting internship opportunity. does this seem like a it’ll be good experience for my resume?

    responsibilities:
    • Assist in the external reporting process to the SEC with various duties associated with financial reporting.
    • Aid in the preparation of work papers to support financial statements and related disclosures
    • Complete monthly bank reconciliations.
    • Support in SOX compliance.

    If you're trying to get into med school then no I would say this wont help with that.

    Absolutely will help you. I did a very similar internship for a year, and that helped me sell myself into getting a gig in Big 4.
