I am in Ohio and am in industry. for the past three years i have been split between sales and use tax compliance and federal compliance. I am leaving for a new job so i went to get my manager to sign off on the work exp and we were both kinda confused on the category to check on the form. I was thinking “tax returns” but wasnt sure since it is different than a paid preparer tax returns (like it is in a firm).

just wanted to get some insight from those who also got their exp in industry on how they classified their exp,

Ohio candidate as well. I not helpful on which box that check, but I suggest calling the state board. Whenever I call them, they are very helpful.
