Hey Everyone,

I cant be the only one seeing all of this. The last few days ive seen these articles from JoA about changing CPA requirements to States pushing to deregulate state issued exams (such as the CPA). Does anyone have thoughts or insight on these topics and the future of the profession?

Eh, hopefully the reciprocity remains in place so I can continue working part time when I move to the Carolinas in 5-15 years.
I think the backlash from any accountant being able to perform attest audits would roll all the changes back as soon as the first fraud happened.
