In other words, do employers look at the EEO Survey you took at the end of job applications and consider what you checked? How come every EEO form asks me if I’m hispanic? It seems kind of suspect. Do they have to hire a certain amount of hispanics or something? Sorry if i sound ignorant, i just really want to know how its used. I’m starting to think maybe I should check the “do not want to disclose” option.

It shouldn't cause it's against the law to do so. There is a form of tax credit businesses receive based on the number of minority applicants etc. thats why they are on every application.

    FAR: 81
    REG: 85
    AUD: 73,71,83
    BEC: 82

    DONE!!!!!!

I agree with wildct, its just a statistical tool that is used for the census bureau and tax credits.

    FAR- 77
    AUD -49, 71, 84
    REG -56,75!
    BEC -75

Massachusetts CPA (non reporting) since 3/12.
