I think this is a good topic …. i dont mean to spam the forum … but its a good idea to ask this question …

After a phone screening or interview – You send a thank you email …

The recruiter replies – with no answer of yes or no … but leaves you to be tortured for two more weeks …

Now – Do you reply or is that it ? !

I dont want to annoy the recruiter … but i really want to show my interest and really desperate desire to work with them !

I would say not right away. After a week or two I think its ok sending an email to follow up, but just a not “thanks for the thank you” just wastes times.
