Someone has told me to apply a job for Financial Compliance position in Oil Company. To be honest, I am not familiar with this. Since I don’t have the job description yet, what to expect or what should I definitely need to know or to study regarding this position? If someone please explain, I would appreciate. Thanks!!.

Sounds like an auditor job with a different title – probably slightly different duties, but mostly auditor… I'd try to get a copy of the job description before applying, though, so that you can tailor your application materials and increase your likelihood of hire.

I work for an oil company and our compliance people vouch invoices to contracts and support etc. that is pretty much it.
