I got a master of accounting and passed the CPA exam.

I got this unpaid internship 2 weeks ago and am working 3 days a week.

I got another offer from a company I interviewed before this internship. He said he’ll pay $12 til 4/15 and see how much my salary will be. (but sounds $40,000 at most). Current one is unpaid for 2 months and minimum wage after that for 2 months.

I was wondering if I should quit and accept other offer. If it’s unpaid internship, is it natural to seek a paid job and quit? I feel I can learn more in paid internship cuz I”ll be the only one intern there and there are two CPAs while only one CPA here.

You need to go where you think you will get the best experience and be compensated accordingly. Accept the other internship and let your current employer know why. Competent and realistic employers today should realize that unpaid internships are not going to cut it in today's economic times and they should be able to understand your reasons for leaving. Just make sure not to burn any bridges, as you never know what will happen in the future.
