    Hi Guys,
This may be off topic but I am looking for advice in terms of career move.
I am currently preparing for FAR and have been working at my current company for about 4 years.
I am being offered a new senior position at a different company with a better salary (about 23% higher) and an opportunity to move to the ladder (as a manager)in about a year or so.
But I wonder if I should take that offer or stick with my current job (where I am not heavily busy and have some flexibility),complete my CPA exam and seek for new opportunities later on.
Your input will greatly be appreciated!!!

@Audrey15 If the CPA exam is important to you, I think you should stay at your current job, complete the exams and having the license should be a good investment in your future in terms of landing great opportunities. While the higher salary and promotion seems attractive, there is a lot that comes with change (a new environment, a learning curve, less time to study, catch my drift?). I'll also throw in that flashy titles and money aren't everything. I would say pursuing your goals would achieve much higher self fulfillment in the long run.

Thanks @brainfried75, that's exactly what I thought although I kept convincing myself that I should simultaneously work on growing career wise.
