I have been doing general accounting for about 5 years now. During these five years, I have been going to school to finish my 150 hour requirements for CPA. I am now a CPA candidate, prepping BEC as I work 40 hours. I reason I am perusing CPA is because I am interested and work in Audit field. I want to ask, how do I get out of general accounting area and get into Audit? It seems easier to get into Audit firms when as new graduate versus when one is graduated and have other job experiences.
Any thoughts or suggestions?
