So I recently graduated and I have worked for H&R block for 2 years while in college and a summer internship at a Big4, thats pretty much all for my experience. Recently I started working as a Tax Processor at a mid-tier firm as a temp seasonal hire and I am looking to move on to Tax Associate position but I don’t know how to transition and don’t know whether they are actually looking for entry-level (recent graduates) associates.
ALTHOUGH I can hear the recruiter “hunting” for experienced tax associate with 1-3 years of public accounting experience. I don’t know whether I should ask my supervisor or should I just go up to her to ask for a better position than what I am in right now.
At the same time I m scared because they have me training for the Tax processor position for 3 weeks now and I don’t wannna end up nothing in the end at the end of this.
Thank you for reading through this.
    Any feedback is appreciated.

In my opinion, with a college degree and relevant experience, you are too qualified to be working as a tax processor. I would look around for other jobs. You should be able to find full-time tax associate/accountant positions with your experience and qualifications. It's better (in my opinion) to work in a higher position at a lower-tier firm than it is to work in a low position at a mid-tier firm.
Don't feel bad walking away if that's what it comes to. You're only on a temporary arrangement. There is no promise they won't let you go on April 16th this next year. They will understand if you get a full-time offer you have to take it.

Hi Chandler, I have tried looking for tax associate positions but its seems hard to get a job right off college specially in Greater Los Angeles Area atleast.

Transfer ops are usually only available to full-time employees that have been with the firm 6-12 months. You may ask your recruiter what the firm policy is. Since you started recently and not full-time yet, then I do not think you can transfer internal to the tax associate position. You will have more success applying to this position after your seasonal op is finished.
But you should be able to get tax analyst/associate with Big4 internship. Big4 tax may require you to relocate and includes lots of travel.

Have you tried looking at smaller firms? Often times, the bigger and mid-sized ones do not recruit outside of campus for entry level positions. I am not familiar with the LA area at all. In my area of Texas though, smaller firms would be thrilled to have someone with your experience in a TA position. If you're open to relocation, I'm sure you can find something.
-Also @DM that is interesting, I haven't heard of much travel for B4 tax, only audit. Guess it probably depends on what practice group you end up with.
