CA CPA License Experience Sign Off

    Hello CA CPAs

    Can I get sign off hour from different CPA firms in order to combine as 1 year experience, or I have to get full 1 year in 1 firm? I wonder if my old firms agreed to sign off for me, in this case, would we report to CBA. Have anyone used to report this situation and won?

    I didn't personally do this but I asked a few years back and they said it doesn't have to be at the same place. You can always double check with them.

    Doesn't have to be the same place, there should be multiple lines on the form for multiple CPA signatures. As long as it accumulates to 1+ years you are good.

    FAR - 80
    AUD - 82
    BEC - 80
    REG - 85

    ETHICS - 90
    EXPERIENCE - COMPLETE

    Has anyone been rejected for hour sign off by supervisor? I know we will report to CBA but I don't know if it helps.
    Moreover, I read from CBA license handbook that we need to present our workpapers when applying for attestation licenses. I don't know what workpapers I need to bring. Please advise
