    Could you share your company’s busy season and hours you are required to work during busy season? I will share mine first.

    Company type: CPA Firm

    Size: Local firm 15-20 employees

    State: VA

    Busy season: Feb. ~ Apr.

    Hours required: 55 billable hours

    Non busy season average hours: 40 hours
