OMG is anyone just tired of constantly having to bill their time? I get this is part of public, but I hate it. I enjoy the variety of work, the different challenges that present in public, etc., but billing sucks! If public didn’t have billing I’d probably stay til retirement.

I'm so glad to have joined a firm that's switched to a project-based billing system rather than billable time. We still track/log our time for clients, but it's mostly for internal use to determine efficiency and scheduling.
