Big 4 audit with doing taxes on the side

Recruiting is starting in a few weeks at my school and I was wondering if anyone has tried being in a big 4, or other large firm doing auditing and on the side doing taxes. Not a lot, just for supplemental income. Is that allowed? Do you think I would be over working myself?

Also I know I would have to get malpractice, form a llc, and the other basics needed in order to do that.

realistically it would be 10-20 returns of friends who just started working or who have already been working. 2 or 3 might be for a business because they are starting their own company.

I mean, you'd probably just need to clear it with the firm's National Office and so long as your clients don't conflict with your audit engagement clients it should be OK.

I laughed so hard when I read this. Not trying to be mean OP, just that the suggestion is so damn amusing when juxtaposed with how much your work in Big 4 audit.
