I've been wanting to be a bar tender at a really fancy restaurant in town. I heard the tips are great and that building a binder full of women would be easy … s/o to @Cash lol

    like jenuno said, bartender.

I'm thinking anything that requires a night job. I was thinking management at a night club or something with cars like a valet…

If you're good, you get hundreds of dollars in just one night! You wouldn't be getting any relevant experience though, but honestly, after a long day at the office auditing, I wouldn't want to have another PT job that requires any advanced thinking skills

Ha! I did the bartending thing in college. It's good money, and as a chick it was extra good money 🙂

Moonlighting for a client. Just kidding.

It is almost impossible. your hours are too long. Either get on a good partner track, or move over to a 40 hour corporate job, and do tax returns on the side.

If you live near a university campus with a sizeable business school, you can make decent money tutoring business majors in their Principles of Accounting courses. Your best bet is to target the Marketing majors. They need the course to graduate, but most of them couldn't tell you the difference between credits and debits if it could save their lives.

Ha ha, MBA's as well. Don't forget about them.

I never thought about actual tutoring.

Have you done this? Do you do a private set up with students? I find most of those kids have no money, it is tied up with their parents or spent on airfare to Mexico in March.

The parents are more than willing to pay for a qualified tutor usually (from my experience). When I've done this in the past, I've fared out the best right before big midterms and finals.

So when you say “qualified tutor”, all the parents cared about was that you are a CPA. That is cool. Yeah we have 4 big ones where I live. I might need to cash in on that from April 18-May 1st. So how much do you charge per hour? Or is it by results?
