I am leaving for a new position for a F500 Sr. financial analyst FP&A, but my dream is to work in one of the big 4 or national firms sometime.

Is it possible to transit from F500 FP&A to Big 4 or national firm?

I have my CPA and CFA level 1. Started my career in a local firm audit 3 years, then fund accountant in a large PE shop almost 2 years.

It is very unlikely. I was in the similar situation. I have my CPA and worked in the corporate finance. Now I am working for a public accounting firm. I made my transition via my masters program and campus recruiting. I tried to get in public accounting for many years while working, but it didn't happen until I pursued my advanced degree. Anyway, congrats on getting a new job, but if I were you, I would choose the valuation position. Good luck!
