Advantages/Disadvantages of working in a Small vs Big Firm?

I currently work for a mid sized firm, about 80 employees, I’ve been approached by a Big 4 firm and have been considering doing an interview… can anyone tell me the advantages and disadvantages of working in different sized firms? Thanks for your input!
