Just starting to look into firms for when I graduate. When you are not looking to work for the Big 4, what do you look for in a firm that they offer other than the money. Is it the technology they use (paperless or non-paperless), flex hours, benefits or any other perks?

If technology is a big factor what should I look for?

I’m just trying to weigh my pros and cons from the offers I received.

Any information will be very helpful in making my decision.
