    Hi Everyone,

    Does anyone know much about this group within Advisory at the Big 4? I’ve tried to search, but there’s considerably less info about this compared to due diligence teams. What does the work entail, what exit opportunities are there afterward, compensation, etc.? I’m pretty lost about this, so any information would be great.

    Someone recommended I check out this practice, but all I could glean is that they consult on technical accounting issues. Does this mean it’s a lot of system/process/compliance work and implementation for new guidance or is it doing pro-formas and evaluating what the impacts of a merger/major contract would have on the company’s financials?
