I’ve got about 6 years experience in Govt contracts. (20 years professional experience but only 6 in govt subcontracts).
On Friday I received an unsolicited request from someone in Govt contract services ( fraud investigation) to join their network on LinkedIn. Cool, no big deal. Today I received a request from his manager to join his network. Maybe my name was mentioned or they were talking about me? 2 requests in 2 business days from the same office/dept seems too coincidental.
So do I email them my resume? Seriously big 4 was never on the table for me (I’m far too old!) but it didn’t occur to me they have a WHOLE department for exactly the unusual niche of federal acquisition.
Not losing my mind, but intrigued. What say you?
