Starting Big 4 in the Winter/Spring as opposed to starting in summer/fall.

    Hi, I was wondering if anyone started out their Big 4 careers smack dab in the middle of busy season. I am starting at PwC in an audit associate position in January. I was wondering, with it being busy season, will it be any different than starting in the summer/fall. Will people even have time to train/teach/mentor me? I have no audit experience in the past so having people around that can help me when I need it will be pretty necessary.
