I have set a phone interview schedule with PwC HR. The second day they emailed me a conference dial call number and an access password. What is it? Is it for the official interview? Or should I call it now? In the email the HR didnt mention it’s for the interview.

It's more than likely for the phone interview. You can probably call it right now so you can be familiar with the steps to take on the day of. It'll probably just be a recorded voice prompting you to enter your access code, asking if you're the leader of the meeting, etc.
