Can anyone give any insight about the promotion structure for big four companies for those working as a Tax associate. I have accepted an offer at a leading big tier company but have a networking lead that could potentially lead to a new job at the big four. I’m wondering if there is a difference and if i should make the switch. Also- I am located in Texas. Thank you!

What exactly do you want to know..? Few years for senior, same for manager, same for senior manager, etc. Good ratings+good reputation makes it easier. Only reason you'd be held back are bad reviews or no professional certifications.
