Went to both offices, liked people at both places. However, didn’t meet that many people. If you work for Deloitte/PwC in NYC. What do you think? Do you like the people? Do you all hang out?

generalaccounting, in my experience people in NY are very hard-working, competitive and smart. I'm sure wherever you go you'll see a good deal of great people and a fair share of arrogant jerks. Pay special attention to your potential immediate supervisors (seniors/managers) and your partner. Is that someone you'd like to spend 60 hours a week with?

Ask for an opportunity to go out for lunch with your future team to see if you like them on a personal level in a more informal setting. I'd be very surprised if they said no.
