So I made a second round interview with the Big 4 and I am going in to meet with a partner next week!

What should I expect and what percentage of people get an offer after the second round interview?

I had a 2nd round interview with a big 4 a few months ago and got an offer that day. Just tell them what they want to hear…..you’re hungry, you want to be in the big 4 world, you’re a hard worker, blah, blah, blah. Are you an experienced hire? Or a campus recruit? If the former, then say your past experience has driven you to want to work with the big boys and you’re hungry to prove yourself.

The key is to come off as very likable and driven. Big 4 is more about personality than anything else. You have to make people like you to succeed.
