Have an office visit in Chicago for full time Audit. Consists of Interview with Partner and Senior Manager, office tour, and lunch. Anyone have any tips or advice?

My advice would be come with lots of educated questions. Ask about the industries they work in, a day in the life of a typical auditor, reporting hierarchy, how to be successful in the organization, etc. Also, a little subtle flattery of your interviewees is a good thing, but there's a fine line between flattery and butt-kissing. Be sure to ask about their experience and ask them how they came to be successful, but not much more than that. They're not looking for a “yes” man, they're looking for a person who is going to add value to the department.
