Hey There

I would like to know, how long does people stay at the Big 4? I read on this site they do not stay long? Also, For people that do taxes at the Big 4, all associates do is data entry and then give the return to manager to look at is that true? Share with us your thoughts.

I haven't started yet but I plan on doing 2-3 years unless I really like it and can stand busy season. I am also not in tax though. But im the type of person who wants to have SOME work life balance so I think I will get burned out but I guess you never know.
