Two weeks ago I applied EY through campus recruiting. But it’s been two weeks, and I still have no respond crom them. Does this suggest that I have been declined?

I agree with what bigfourexpert said about EY. I was in that situation when applying to EY. I never did the first round interview on campus, but rather was brought in for an office interview by all by myself. An offer was extended next day.
