How long do you stay in HR database after interview-rejection?

    Experienced people only.

    I want to know the system of reconsidering candidates afterwards, if they remain in the system for a period of time after thieir initial encounter, specifically the amount of time generally before a firm will reconsider a candidate, strictly from the application submission

    I believe your information will stay in the database for 1 year. I think that's standard HR policy.
