    Hi all!!

So I am interviewing next monday with Grant Thornton as an experienced hire for a senior tax associate position. I am really excited but, at the same time, extremely nervous!

I passed the phone interview and now I’m invited to go to the office for in-person meeting. I’m schedule from 1pm to 330pm with 5 different interviewers ranging from senior associate, tax manager, senior tax manager, to partner. I would like to know from anyone who works for GT or has interviewed with them, to see what questions would be asked, how the process goes, are they going to drill me or just want to get to know me?

    Please any comments would help!

I interned with them 2 summers ago and will be working for them full time starting in Fall. Honestly, the questions were very much behavioral, but since you are going for an experienced hire they'll probably ask about the clients you've worked on, what tax issues you dealt with, etc. etc. Most of the interview will be to see if you're a good fit however.

    Good luck!
