I got a big 4 internship with a 2.9 gpa (I guess I got real lucky and clicked well with the folks I interviewed with). Just started my internship and I am loving it. My accounting grades are like Cs, which I am definitely not that proud of. I heard they will look at transcripts again after graduation. How strict do they look at the individual grades? My recruiter said don’t do bad in any classes but she never gave me a definite answer about how badly I can messed up. Anyone here have been in the process? Does the recruiters who hired us screen the transcripts again or the partners?

Work as hard as you can to get it to the magical 3.0 that being said – if they gave you an internship offer being okay with the 2.9 they should be okay with giving a job offer at a 2.9 Letting grades drop can cause trouble for anybody though so keep it at at least 2.9
