I am so depressed now. I have failed two office interviews so far. I really need some suggestions from people who can pass the final interview!

The first one was with PwC. I know that I may be a little nervous at the pre-interview night. I did not talk too much. All I do was listening to them talking. I am the only girl there. Guys were talking about sports, which I really do not know too much. I totally understand that I did not pass.

The second one was with Deloitte. I do take lessons from the first one. So I fully prepared on how to network with the staff. I think the pre-interview dinner went well. I talked to some guys, who were really nice. Then, I had two one-to-one interviews with a manager and a partner the second day. I enjoyed a lot talking to the manager. We have a lot in common. He also answered my thank you email. But I am not sure the one with the partner. He seems not so interested on me, but I still tried my best to impress him. But I still did not get the offer. Another reason I think I did not get the offer is that I had to leave early on that day because I had to catch the flight. So I did not have lunch with my buddy. But I talked with the recruiter in advance. They were totally ok with that.

I just cannot pass the final interviews. I just do not know why. I do not know what they are looking for. I will have an interview with E&Y again. Someone please help me.
